MEET DANIELLE D’AMBROSIO, Esq.

Educated in Lifestyle Medicine at Harvard Medical School and certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), my holistic approach focuses on full-body wellness through sustainable nutrition and mindfulness.

I help my clients establish and employ a framework around living a more mindful life to combat stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, loneliness, pain and the root cause of other health issues.

Through my personalized coaching, I’ll work alongside you to create an integrated plan to achieve full body wellness—often combining the practices of nutrition, movement, meditation, sleep optimization, and more—to sustain a happier, healthier, more abundant life.
