Day-long at Home Retreat (Optional)

This 8-week program aims to enhance stress management and overall wellness through mindfulness techniques. Participants practice meditation, light yoga, and explore mind-body connections through group discussions. The goal is to equip you with enduring tools for navigating life's daily hurdles, fostering improved mental and physical health.

The course structure includes:

  • An introductory orientation

  • Eight weekly sessions (2.5 hours each)

  • One full-day weekend class (optinonal)

To fully benefit, you should:

  • Attend all scheduled classes

  • Maintain daily home practice
