Educated in Lifestyle Medicine at Harvard Medical School and certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, my holistic approach focuses on full-body wellness through sustainable nutrition and mindfulness.

I'm dedicated to helping you unearth your highest potential, cultivating self-awareness and personal evolution that enhances your well-being and allows you to thrive in all aspects of life.

My journey to this passion was winding. Drawing from personal experiences and challenges, I deeply understand the struggle of pursuing success while neglecting well-being. I've worked as an attorney, developer, and real estate consultant, expanding into multiple states with a growing team. However, despite outward success, my health suffered, and I lost connection with joy in my life.

A dichotomy played out—outward achievement and inner implosion. I suffered from stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, acne, compromised immune system, acid reflux, poor sleep, and other complex health issues. Determined to improve, I embraced holistic medicine and nutrition. I experienced significant health improvements by cultivating a daily mindfulness practice and focusing on a sustainable, whole foods diet—eliminating chronic issues that many years and doctors failed to resolve.

This journey unearthed my joy of cooking, first sparked by a life-changing culinary school experience in Florence, Italy. I fell deeper in love with my roots, Italian cuisine and culture, and learned to appreciate the connection between seasonal eating, food quality, and well-being. Inspired, I taught myself to grow an organic garden, adopted a Mediterranean diet, and found immense happiness cooking with fresh, homegrown ingredients. I now share my passion for mostly plant-based, Mediterranean-inspired recipes and reducing the environmental impact of animal consumption.

As a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) practitioner, I employ evidence-based practices to help my clients manage stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue, burnout, chronic illness and loneliness, while cultivating a more mindful, balanced life. Together, we'll establish a framework that incorporates sustainable nutrition, movement, and mindfulness as powerful forms of medicine, enabling you to build a life you don't need to escape from to feel good.
